1. Account Sharing or Transfer
You must be the sole user of your FBMO account. The following are prohibited:
- Sharing your account credentials with another person
- Allowing another person to place picks on your behalf
- Selling, lending, or transferring access to your account
- Operating multiple accounts under different identities
2. Automated or AI-Generated Picks
Picks must be placed manually by you, based on your own analysis. The following are prohibited:
- Using bots, scripts, or automated systems to place picks
- Using AI tools to generate picks on your behalf
- Copying picks from any third-party signal service
- Following another user's picks in real-time
3. Exploitation of Platform Errors
Any attempt to take advantage of technical errors, glitches, or pricing inefficiencies on the FBMO platform is prohibited. If you discover an error, report it to support@fbmo.net.
4. Pattern-Matching Specific Events
Placing picks designed to exploit known outcomes, such as fixed matches, insider information, or pre-announced results, is strictly prohibited and may also constitute a violation of applicable laws.
5. Coordinated Activity Across Accounts
Operating multiple accounts to coordinate picks, hedge risk, or split bankroll across users is prohibited. Each FBMO account must operate independently.
6. Money Laundering or Suspicious Activity
FBMO has zero tolerance for any activity related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud. All payouts are subject to identity verification and sanctions screening.
7. Misuse of the Evaluation Process
The two-phase evaluation is designed to identify consistent sports analysts. The following undermine that purpose:
- Taking oversized risks to hit the profit target quickly
- Hedging positions across multiple accounts to guarantee passing
- Repeatedly opening and closing accounts to extract rewards while avoiding losses
Consequences
Engaging in any prohibited practice results in:
- Immediate account termination
- Forfeiture of all pending rewards
- Permanent ban from FBMO
- Reporting to relevant authorities if applicable
